Moraine Solar AES- Diana Boyle -Wanted to publicly let the Board and community know that AES has purchased Solar Project. AES is following all same ruling as EDF solar company. Possible ground breaking early 2026, AES will be in contact to set up Escrow account and Host agreement in the coming months
Code Enforcement- Samantha Testani: Samantha is working progress on 3 building permits-Moran(2), Lewis. Awaiting on final inspection for property at 961F violators. Keeping up with the progress on Norbut Solar Project.
Spoke about the additional work she has been doing for the Norbut Solar Project and the additional work that will be added to her position in the coming months with AES.
Historian-Holley Spencer: Holly has concern in regard to Historical sign on Route 70(just outside the village limits on the right) near where solar Company will be working. She would like it moved to a safe location-possible to have it repaired and painted. Holly would like to have new sign ordered over the next coming year(2026) Cost of a new Historical sign is $1000.00+
Highway Report-Glenn Odell: Glenn wants to thank all local towns, DOT and Villages for there help with the flooding. North Hill is rough but passable(single lane in areas) Monagan Road is now Passable, Freiner Hill Rd very rough passable(single lane)-Dean Harvey is going to be out on by Friday to move the gravel back and fill holes. The Narrows are rough **Glenn needs more Orange Cones
Awaiting a toe bill from Fleet Pride on Truck that was towed to Tracy Road
Glenn also stated that he will need additional Pipes
