TOWN SUPERVISOR

 Leadership Committed to Community

The Town Supervisor serves as the chief executive officer and fiscal officer of the Town of Burns, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of town government, overseeing the town budget, and ensuring that all departments and services operate efficiently and transparently.

As the presiding officer of the Town Board, the Supervisor leads meetings, introduces resolutions, and represents the interests of Burns residents in all town matters. The Supervisor works closely with department heads, local committees, county representatives, and New York State agencies to carry out policies, support local initiatives, and advance community goals.

In addition to fiscal management and policy oversight, the Town Supervisor acts as a direct point of contact for residents—listening to concerns, answering questions, and helping address local issues that affect our community’s quality of life.

The Supervisor’s Office is dedicated to maintaining open communication, responsible governance, and long-term planning to preserve the character of Burns while promoting sustainable growth and opportunity for future generations.
